Shipping:
You are responsible for paying all postage and handling charges relating to your online purchases and for insuring your purchases.

Wag Your Tail currently ships USPS. We offer ground, two day, and International shipping.

We ship to P.O. Boxes using the Standard delivery method ONLY. 2nd day and Air delivery is not available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may delay the arrival of the order.

International Orders Other Than Canada:
We welcome international orders. Please email us for a shipping quote. The customer is responsible for all duties and tariffs on international orders

Minimum Order:
We have minimum order of $20.00

Tracking:
Once your order is processed you will receive a USPS tracking number within 24 hours provided you have given us a valid email address.

When orders will be shipped:
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 48 hours. We strive to ship your order the day it is received however it may take up to 48 hours.

Backorders:
You will be notified via email if an item is on backorder. We will tell you when the item will be available and give you a choice:
1. You may cancel your order
2. You may wait for your order
All other available items will be processed and shipped.

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax from residents who live in the state we have our office in. We are currently located in Massachusetts.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We are not able to offer this at this time.

Returns and Exchanges policy:

If you would like to return or exchange your dog:

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from original ship date with original receipt from our online store. Merchandise must be returned unused. We must receive the merchandise before we will issue a credit. Refunds and exchanges will be issued in the form of original payment.

New outbound freight charge will be waived on exchanges.
1. Complete the returns/exchanges section on your order’s packing slip.
2. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.
3. Send your package via a traceable method. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.

Refund amount is for the price of the product and sales tax (if applicable) only. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Credit Card Orders: refunds will be refunded to the credit card company within 24 hours of processing your return. Allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Any items purchased in a retail location must be returned to that retailer and follow that retailer’s return policy.
